How to delete your account
- Open the app or visit offroadbuildlab.com and sign in.
- Open PROFILE, then open Account by tapping your avatar.
- Select "Delete account."
- Type DELETE to confirm, then select "Permanently delete my account." Deletion starts immediately and cannot be undone.
- If the service needs to confirm that it is really you, re-enter your current password when asked. A signed-out request may require additional identity verification before it is fulfilled.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials.
- Every build you saved.
- Every post, comment, rating, save, and reaction you made in Community.
- Reports you filed and your block list.
- Photos you uploaded (profile photo, build photos, post photos).
Subscriptions and purchases
Deleting your ORBL account does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription. If you have a subscription, cancel it in your device's subscription settings or the applicable store. Refund eligibility and billing questions follow the store's rules; contact support if paid access is not reflected in ORBL.
Don't have the app installed?
Use the request form below while signed out. Enter an email address where we can reply and enough information for us to verify the request. Do not send your password, payment-card number or other sensitive credentials. We may ask for additional details before fulfilling the request.
